Oberholtzer started with the company in 2018 as a regional and marketing manager and has new roles accompanied with his upgraded position, according to a news release.
Part of Oberholtzer’s responsibilities now include oversight of day-to-day operations, working with the CSV sales team to plan and execute sales and marketing strategies, closely working with principals that align the agency with its goals, and working with business owners and leadership to ensure CSV product offers support their needs.
“In the past six years with CSV, I’ve had the pleasure of building relationships with our principals, distributor partners and key end users in our markets,” said Oberholtzer. “I’m honored to receive this promotion and continue to help lead CSV Marketing in a direction that will provide maximum value to both our principals and distributors.
“I’d be remiss if I didn’t emphasize that CSV’s true value comes from our phenomenal team of professional representatives who spend each and every day in the field promoting our manufacturers and supporting our distributor partners.”
Oberholtzer will report to Bill Via, founder and president of CSV Marketing, and represent CSV in different professional organizations, the release stated.
“Congratulations to Beck for this well-deserved promotion,” said Via. “Beck has proven to have a new way of looking at our business and adjusting to the changes and challenges that our industry has presented as business decisionmakers have skewed younger.
“The relationships that he’s forged over these past six years, will be building blocks for the future of this agency.”
According to CSV, the company was founded in 1991 and is a “manufacturers’ representative agency offering a diverse array of high-quality, industrial products.”
While serving customers in eight states, CSV has offices in six different locations, all strategically placed, according to the release.
